Welcome to South Africa’s National Climate Change Response Database. The aim of this website is to provide easy access to the climate change mitigation and adaptation work being done in South Africa.

This website, its content and the content update management system is provided as a public service by the Department of Environmental Affairs and Tourism. However, the department is only the custodian of the system. The information contained in the system is provided and updated by individual participants. Hence, although the department has made every effort to ensure that the content of the database is of value to users, the department does not, and cannot, vouch for the accuracy of the contents.
